We want you to be completely satisfied with your Beckett Simonon experience, which is why we offer a 60-day window for free returns and size exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your handcrafted leather goods fit perfectly and meet our high standards of craftsmanship.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return process is completely free of charge.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Process
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size immediately.
