How does the made-to-order model work?
To provide luxury quality at a fair price, we manufacture our products in batches only after an order is placed. This reduces waste and inventory costs, allowing us to pass the savings directly to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each pair is handcrafted to order, the process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will keep you updated with email notifications at every stage of the crafting process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free shipping, returns, and exchanges within the contiguous US. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery in unworn condition.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our footwear and leather goods are ethically handcrafted in our family-owned ateliers in Bogota, Colombia, using premium Italian leathers and traditional construction methods.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the production phase begins. Once the craftspeople have started working on your specific pair, cancellations may be subject to restrictions.
